Use TORMTA as an informational resource.
TORMTA is an independent taxpayer education and resource initiative. It is not part of the Town of Raymond, Cumberland County, the State of Maine, RSU 14, or any other government entity.
Not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, or other professional advice.
The material on this site is provided for general educational and public-information purposes. It is intended to help taxpayers understand public records, assessments, taxes, spending, and municipal processes. It should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified attorney, tax professional, appraiser, financial adviser, or other professional familiar with your particular circumstances.
Use of this site does not create an attorney-client, adviser-client, or other professional relationship with TORMTA or anyone who contributes to the site.
Verify deadlines, filings, values, votes, and requirements with the responsible public agency.
TORMTA makes a good-faith effort to use official records and reliable sources and to present them accurately. Public records, laws, deadlines, assessment information, budgets, election information, and agency procedures can change or be corrected. TORMTA does not guarantee that every item on the site is complete, current, or error-free.
Nothing on TORMTA changes, extends, or replaces an official filing deadline or legal requirement. Before acting on an assessment appeal, abatement, tax matter, election matter, or other official process, confirm the current requirements directly with the Town, State, court, school district, or other responsible agency.
Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. TORMTA does not control the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of those external sites.
Voluntary survey responses are informative, not a scientific poll.
The TORMTA taxpayer survey is voluntary. Results reflect only the people who choose to respond and should not be interpreted as statistically representative of all Raymond residents, taxpayers, or voters. TORMTA may use aggregate survey results to identify recurring concerns and subjects for further research.
